Who's coming along? Leave 9 am from Catalanos, head off for smoke break at Noble Falls, then steam off towards Wongan Hills area. Looking at about 400-500 kms round trip. There's a bottle of Rockingham Cellars red wine for the best written story submitted afterwards and a white wine for the best photo submitted, to be awarded at the next General Meeting. The theme of the run is "smell the flowers". This will be a mostly bitumin trip but avoiding major highways, where possible. It is not going to be a hell run, so come along! John
Obviously, if its pi**@ng down with rain we might have to reconsider.
Close to 100%. Sometimes, in those back of beyond little wheatbelt towns, one can encounter short stretches of gravel, though its generally very good quality and easy to negotiate. Then, of course, there may be a field of Patterson's Curse or Canola that we might need to enter, to get that winning pic..........

We all know you'll go in Mike. The others may sit on the sidelines and laugh while you dig yourself out....
Surprise your wives with a posy of pretty flowers on your return!
