We will be looking to be there about 8 - 8.30am to get it all set up.
We also require some eski ( or in Kiwi- Chilly Bins ) to keep the drinks cold.
Some how we need to get this gear to Auto Classics but they would also like our bikes there as well.
So we may need to drop off some of this stuff on Friday.
I will pick up the food and drinks on Friday and drop it off to Auto Classics.
Yes, we will need some cooks and bottle washers.
More info as it comes to hand will be posted.

Autoclassic is letting us setup directly in front of the bike area, near the drive down to the spare parts. Close to a power point. Toni and I'll be there.

I spoke to one of the fellows today and they are going to make sure that they have all of their demos available. This is great as I'm asking mates who want to try a BMW - I don't trust them enough to lend them my bike, hopefully they don't drop Autoclassic's

I have the Club's two eskys and some BBQ gear if someone wants to pick them up.
I may be able to deliver on the Friday, but not sure.

I will be there too. I Could pick up stuff (we also have the club's tent from the cook-off) in my van, but it would be a giggle to bring an old BM along. john

We ( BMW Club ) will be looking after the test rides for Auto Classic for the morning.

So if a few people could be at auto classic to help about 8am to set up that would be great.

Will post more info on Thursday Night.

Hi All

If we could have members turning up around 8am to help with the BBQ that would be great.
I'm dropping off all the food and drinks Friday.
Lefty if you could drop off your 2 Eski that would be good.
We also need as many members as possible to turn up with their bikes, even if you just call in for a hotdog and drink.
We should be finished about 1pm.
