The local Ranger has a dig at those of us spied parking on footpaths and we did undergo scrutiny of the local constabs, but no tete-de-tete occurred. Not the case for another lone GS rider we met in Cervantes who scored a biggie at 128 kph. Congrats to Jamie for discovering the limits of the big GS in soft beach sand.

I was there on the LT, Ben. I even managed a couple of K's of good dirt, and rode onto the beach at Lancelin!
Not very far onto the beach, I admit, and I didn't follow the GS's all the way through the Wedge Island tracks, but I was there.
I still prefer the Black-top
