Cylinder Fin Repair

Does anyone know who can repair cast iron cylinder fins, I am giving the motor in my R4 a birthday so thought I would fix this if I could.

Hey Bowe, ask Phil Skinner, in Maddington. There's a bloke there who welds all the engine fins for the blokes in the VMCC
