I want to update my Spot Tracker but for some reason the updater software will not install on my older windows based laptop.
Has Anyone else had issue try to update the firmware to change Tracking frequency or other updates?
Did not want to go through technical support if it is something I have overlooked.

If you want to change the tracking frequency from 1 hour to 5,15,30 minutes it is done online but you need to update this on the unit using the updater software downloaded from the Spot website.bully1 wrote:reklaw wrote:There's an update?

For some reason this software will not install on my windows based computer and does not run.
I thought other members may have hit the same issue.
