I can really vouch for the spray after Prof. Dist. introduced it to club members some years back.
I have used this when cleaning members bikes and on my own since then and is really worth the the extra outlay for the protection it gives and for that extra clean!!

Still on my very first aerosol of ACF 50, now probably fifteen years old. Another tin will be needed before much longer though!
