New tricks Old dog

Post by theape »

Never be scared to ask for help from another club member I say. Shout out to Noel who dropped what he was doing even if it was FTD, come over to my place, kept his distance, pulled a minor miracle and made my brake bleed in 30 minutes when after I spent 4 hours I gave up in disgust and got nothing. I reckon he gets a free coffee when I see him. Noel is a legend, just ask me and I will tell you what FTD means!

Here, here I second that. We are blessed to have many members that will jump in an assist - just last year Alex & Nev provided a Telephone brains trust to a member in need :)

Hi Alex. What does FTD mean? I remember giving up trying to bleed my K100 back brake. Took it to Vince and it was a non return valve in the slave cylinder but then it needed to be resleeved as well. Life's a journey; enjoy the ride. John

Hello John, I will tell you about FTD when I am looking at you and we learnt that a bent pad retaining pin will curl your hair!
Airheads Rule - I needed to say that.
