hi my name is MICK i resently bought a k100(ex cop)bike that had been stored for 18 months,in that time(unbeknowns to the seller OFCOURSE)the fuel pump did'nt work,his explaination(working last week)yeeer right.when i got into the tank to remove the pump AAAAAAAARRRRRRR what the!!!!!,i wasn't prepared for that.most of you know what i found(a gooy mess of rotten rubber,from fuel lines and rubber mount for the pump,that i'm still getting off my hand from a week ago.i tried to make a fuel pump mount from nylathane but without anything to go on ,i failed.today i gave in and orderd new parts from munich motorcycles(perth)Now while waiting for parts i checked the pump,it works connecting power straight to the terminals,but when i plug it in to the harness,allas .....NUTTIN .checked fuses,broken wires.my question is ...........am i the only 1 that run over a chinaman this week or not.sorry for the roundabout way of asking,but hope you enjoyed the story.i honestly don't think the fella had any idea what a GEM he sold,with that my gain.any help would be great. cheers MICK
