Re spoking wheels on a R75/5

Hi, as have purchased two sets of S/S spokes from (www.ulismotorradladen.de) I have also searched the net on the topic of wheel offset.
Everywhere it is stated that both front and rear wheels must have offset, the front wheel 10mm and the back wheel 6.5mm.
Having done the front wheel to this specification I have now found that the wheel is about 10mm out of center to the right (looking from the front).
As I assumed that the offset is necessary to center the wheels in the fork and rear frame, I am puzzled as what to do now?

Can anybody shed some light on this situation????????

P.S. cost of spokes including nipples is 48.80 Euros / set + fright

Dieter, there are several members with R75/5 bikes, you could ask them. Brian an Art are 2 right off. Not being disc brake, it might be OK? There is a chap, Brian Morgan, (spoked wheel services) you could ask him..........
