Riding in the Drizzle

Post by Bozo »

A very small group assembled at Catalanos this morning and an even smaller number ventured out on the spontaneous Sunday Bozo ride.

The trio of riders headed south east towards the only patch of bright sky through the intermittent drizzle.

We had hardly cleared the 40 k zone when one rider bailed. Wes and Bozo continued on to Lesmurdie, Araluen, Canning Dam and Armadale. There was not a single motorcycle encountered between Lesmurdie and Armadale until we came across a tentative Hayabusa rider.

The BOM radar was less than encouraging so we took a break at the massive Cockburn Central Dome Coffee Shop.

The rain got heavier so we also called it quits.

No where near as bad as the recent ride to Toodyay with Brian 5 and Drew.

Hope the Goosers and Lakers get home ok.

Good to see you and Wes brave the weather Bozo. Enjoy the cooler weather while you can.

A little different here in Coober Pedy mate, 36C today at our park and the pool was closed because it was "TOO COLD" for swimming

Of rugged mountain ranges, of droughts and flooding rains.
I love her far horizons, I love her jeweled sea.
Her beauty and her terror, the wide brown land for me."
