Is It True ?

Post by bully1 »

Whilst down at breakie this morning, talk got around to yesterdays Airhead ride, it was mentioned to me that a certain bloke ( who shall remain nameless ), did the ride on an oilhead.

Whilst this is not a problem (at least the bastard was riding ), but this particular bloke normally is very persistant regarding name badges, he purposely hid his name badge under his jacket !!

Was this because he did not want to be recognized as he was not on an airhead ???

Was it because he is an airhead ?

Was it because his wife dressed him quickly and sent him out to get rid of him ??

When confronted in regards to his wardrobe malfunction, he stated that if he wears it on his jacket, it flaps in the breeze, the screen on his bike is larger than the windscreen in my truck, I know what is flapping in the wind and it's certainly not his badge.

I'm firmly in the belief that a man of his abilty could overcome the flapping problem with a bit of HTFU powder, it's available at Bunnings.

Maybe with a bit of thought he could come up with a " flap proof " name badge.

Bully thank you for your very good investigation skills on this very important issue.

Would this not be classed as a breach of association by disassociation . For some one to promote and be selling the name badges and now to be ashamed to wear it. Not to sure how we can now move forward from this now disassociation .
Surely this breaches the Clubs and Associates Standards of Australia. Would this now not warrant a fine of some sort to member involved.
Why would he be concerned about it flapping in the breeze, at his age everything is flapping in the breeze.
A flap proof name badge, that's a tattoo on the forehead. Never to be forgotten, ages with the skin so we could judge as to how old the person might be.
I just hope he doesn't omit to his wife dressing him that surely would be another breach of the Clubs and Associates Standards of Australia .

True dat OB...........if you want to promote the name badge, surely you would display it at all times, I think a suitable fine should be for the individual to purchase drinks at the 40th ride destination and distribute them to all who have bought a badge off him...he has shamed all those and himself !

I disagree; seems to me more like disdain and contempt.
