The Vintage Collective Markets is holding another show, this time at the Ascot Raceway, on SUNDAY, JANUARY 10th, 2016
They have stalls, pin-up parades, vintage cars, and bikes, and live music.
At this stage they have room for up to 10 vintage bikes (BMW) to be displayed
Jon Wightman and Jon O have expressed interest, and I know there are several vintage bikes in our Club.
I will give John and Jon the contact details, so if you are interested in showing what you got, liaise with either,or both of them.
It would be good to see some of our older models, (and their bikes) on display

Here's the link, so don't hesitate to enter. Just $5 entry fee, donation to Legends (charity for our fallen war heros) Your bike needs only be 1980 or earlier and you can enter online (see link above) from tomorrow. Your bike has to be in the judges arena from 1pm till end of judging (3.30). There are lots of activities inside including swilling ale and listening to fine musicians (yes, our very own Lefty Wright!)
I can't decide whether to enter my R90S or the R50, so anyone want to partake, give me a call. I hope to see Kenny, Art, Jono, Guy, Jack, Ross (Ashton and Currie) Dinga Alex and Jamie as an absolute minimum taking part.

Re: Vintage BMWs - Show them off
Just a last minute reminder of this event on Sunday. Art Waldon and several other members are going..........Just a reminder about the R90S if anyone wants to collect. You can roll up at gate 3 but have your $5 ready to pay there to enter. Most people have already enrolled online, just bring your printout proof of purchase, paypal, flippertygibbet. Please remember that no one can leave the grounds before 4pm because the judging and prizegiving takes place at 3.45. I will be in the beer tent listening to Lefty. Don't miss this excellent opportunity!
