R100RS

Post by MikeD »

Hi guys, I was a club member a few years back… I sold my R100RS to someone in the club and can't remember who? It was a Silver green model with the reggo UK 1792.
I was curious to see if it was still around as I am thinking of getting another one to restore if I can find one! :)

Be Prepared for a shock.(or two)
Twin Shock Models with Brembo's are appreciating.

I think maybe the superiority of the R100RS over the R90S is starting to sink in Finally.
Of course the R90's is a keeper for the rarity(perhaps snob value) but a R100RS holds up very well 34 years later.
I think the Millenials like the Crazy Muth fairing while the 90s is a cucumber sandwich special with a Daytona Orange for desert.

Vincey Radice had one of these in at Bassendean Beemer.
It was better than mine and went for $5k......Bloody Hell!!
Apparently sold in 15 minuten.
I knew this Mining crash was bad but really......ridiculous. Was a 81-83.
