Hi All. I have not been present at regular club events of late, largely due to work and other commitments. I am off to Europe on 16/08/16 and will be drinking in Amsterdam, visiting my 80+ mum in England, and, hopefully, fitting in some motorcycling in Scotland. I am back in Perth in mid- September. Then I am in for a badly needed hip replacement on 29/09/16. That will mean a major shutdown of normal operations. It'll be a while before I can go to work or drive, let alone ride a bike. I will see you when I'm looking at you and hope to be doing more riding with you next year.

Missed you on the Sunday rides particularly for the interesting discussions.
Hope all goes well with the hip...another one of our regular riders has been through a similar op and is now on a more powerful bike to match his new mobility.
