I love her far horizons, I love her jeweled sea.
Her beauty and her terror, the wide brown land for me."

Four riders rocked up at the Dome in Mundaring for a coffee before setting off on our ride.

Peter, Vic, Ross and Swampy listened to Vic's tale of woe after taking nearly an hour to ride down from Dune Country whilst having a dig at Ross for selling him a GPS that squeaks at him and leads him everywhere except where he want's to go

Pete had another ride planned out for us and it turned out to be another good one enjoyed by all, so Thanks Peter it was a great ride route!!

We ended up at the Green Hills Tavern, site for the clubs annual dinner so Ross could book in and also where we took in a refreshing drink.

Vic pulled out to head for York and then home because he was worried about getting lost in the dark and wanted to beat the rush hour......Mind you this was about 11AM ???

The rest of us made our way back to the Bakery in York for lunch and a lengthy discussion on Bush Fire Fighting and we had a surprise visitor drop in!

Colin Della Bosca was on his way home from a contracting job in woop woop and stopped in York for a pie.

The group then headed home via York Road and Grt. Eastern Hwy before splitting up in Mundaring.

Thanks guys for another terrific ride with some great travelling companions!!

Thanks Swampy for the ever reliable Harry being TEC and Vic and Ross for great companions. Yes the ride was good with temperatures ranging from 10 to 26 degrees C. Off down south tomorrow for a week to continue with my workshop/machinery shed construction. Ride safe.
