I'm in. See you at Kelmscott. (Do we know it's open? Mundaring is stlll closed as of today. [later] Well, the website says it's open and that Mundaring is closed, so presumably the website is up to date and we are good to go.)

Nick from all I can see on my IPad Dome Kelmscott is open. We will confirm that tomorrow I guess. Aside to tomorrow it looks like Dome Mundaring is not open, but as Fiery Ross mentioned it may be in financial trouble.

I've changed my mind, I'll come to Shell Ascot (I need to learn the fun way to Kelmscott).

Her beauty and her terror, the wide brown land for me."

The numbers where small for todays ride, easy to social isolate this time. It was a great ride with good company.
Got home and had time to put Ted's bike back together an running. A good day all-round.

Yes Nurzo the numbers were small, but what a select group. Nurzo, Nick, Ian and Peter where the team today that indulged in coffees at the reopened Kelmscott Dome then hit the road south. Traffic separated the team for a short time, but we re grouped at the southern end of Kargotich and took Lakes Rd to slide into Mandurah. Waved at the Miami Bakehouse and took the Estuary, Lake Clifton and Coronation Rds to reach Waroona for lunch. Traffic light with temps around 19 degrees and NO RAIN!
The quality food and drinks at the Pinjarra Bakery in Waroona plus the scintillating conversation provided an ideal break. The lunchtime DDD was to take the Nangas to Dwellingup and Del Park Rd to get us back on the SWH. We had a short stop on Del Park Rd so the driver in front could remove a full grown echidna mosing slowly across the road. Even though he was wearing gloves to shift the ball of spikes they still penetrated the gloves. We congratulated him on his kind act!
We all took the SWH to Perth and then took our own ways home.
Thanks to Nurzo and Nick taking over TEC duties with Swampy swanning it in Bussleton. Thanks to Ian for making up the foursome. Again a great day to see the South West without cold rainy weather.
Let’s see what Sunday brings?
