NEXT KINDERGARTEN RIDE

Post by bully1 »

On Sunday the 19th feb ( the day after the tuning day ) I'll be taking the PD outfit from Mundaring Weir Hotel out along Firewood rd and then cut down to Surveyors rd, due to the dificulties that some had last time out this ride is so easy I could do it in the wifes Hyundai Elantra !!!

At one point there is an area near a big rock formation ( Waterfall etc ) which is a big area to practise some skills/drills in. ( Ken you've been there )

If you wish to come along then the meet point will be at the Weir hotel at 9.30, as I'm bringing the PD I'll have some water and shit on hand ( camera crew, deckchair etc ) so bring along a big dose of humility and sense of humour for a fun day out. Never know I might grab the PIG and wring it's neck

Come on all you GS/GSA'ers get out there and come along for the fun, and BE part of the story, otherwise John will come along and show us up again on a road bike...

Bully

Thanks for organising the Kindergarten Ride through some very interesting country.

Clearly I am the slowest rider who ate the most dust. When I got home I had a ginger beard instead of a white one.

It was great having Jodee along in the 4WD to limit Ken and Bully's aspirations for technical slopes.

Davey I will publically admit to bailing on the Darkin Ridge hill for a low adrenalin saunter along Reservoir Road but the practice before the ride exhausted me.

An excellent ride but I did not understand that a Kindergarten Ride was for Rooster Tail Ken to relive his second childhood. This could also have been driven by the stinging Cafe Ken moniker applied through the Asegai thread.

You didn't mention that slippery hill with all the loose dirt, sharp rocks, big bumps and ruts.....and I have the bruises to prove it!
