Oh dear. Excellent sequence of photos. Right place at the right time. I hope the rider didn't suffer much more than a bruised wallet.

Notice that everyone gets onto making sure the bike is sorted.......not the rider.....obviously the sequence of photos, but I reckon the rider did not get up to help lift the bike on the back of the ute. How did the a$$ end get up like that? Was he showing off perhaps, because that hump in the road did not look that serious, not to put the a$$ up and the front into the dirt. Dirt rider experts?

While we wait for the experts to deliver their analysis, I'll have a crack.
I reckon the best clue is in the last last few pics. That LH bend is pretty sharp and the rider wouldn't be able judge the exit of the corner when at the crest. Methinks the rider is in a decline S bend (the back end of his bike is already stepping out in pic 1) with a small step down in the middle of the bend. The first corner in the S is probably a gentle one.
Therefore it may have gone like this... from the riders point of view:
Approaching first bend - not too tight; get on the gas.
Tail out a bit. Yeah baby. A master at work.
People ahead - more gas - I'll give them some good photos.
Oops slow down small crest ahead.
Get up on the pegs.
Going too fast - bugger.
Back end is still out.
Airborn.
Bloody corner ahead - can't see the exit.
Grab some brakes.
Nothing.
Shit I'm still airborn - need reverse thrust.
How come I'm sideways?
Too far forward on the pegs.
Touchdown.
Front lockup.
This is gunna hurt.
Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiittttttttt.

Mmmm... this all seems a bit familiar to me. Brings back childhood memories doesn't it? Although on much crappier bikes.
