"I love a sunburnt country, a land of sweeping plains.
Of rugged mountain ranges, of droughts and flooding rains.
I love her far horizons, I love her jeweled sea.
Her beauty and her terror, the wide brown land for me."
Going for a ride Saturday morning with a few friends (Guzzi's, Dukes, Suzuki's), from Midland at 9am, into the hills and check out a private car collection along the way before returning early afternoon, give me a call or PM if you are interested in joining us.
Sounds good Cookie,
Where in Midland are you leaving from and thanks for the invite?

I'll go for coffee at Catalano's @ 7h30. We usually leave there around 8h30 / 45 after a yak. Head to Ashendon, do a few tracks, gravel...few tracks I haven't done for a while I might try and find.
Then again Chris Grice may take us somewhere interesing.
But, Mike I heard a whisper about your riding abilities....Safari and such? I am at best below average....
Koos - that was my twin 50kgs ago! But I do have a great 500km 100% off road forrests and single track ride from Sawyers Vallley to Pemberton. One stop in Donnybrook. Needs a bit of stamina + fitness but only medium skills. Usually overnight and return, but sometime onwards to Walpole + back via Mt Franklin also all forrest tracks. We shd do it sometime.
