Sun 27th May in the Hills

Post by jono »

Koos seeing as no one else has chimed in, thanks for agreat ride on Sunday. For those who missed out four of us headed for the Hills alternately following Koos then ken, then Koos again after the rest of us were long since lost.

Couldn't have asked for a better day the weather was fabulous and the trails were great. A nice mix of gravel, rocks and a bit of sand to keep you on your toes. We revisited Chris G's chook track then Koos introduced us to the Goat track, the trail was hard to see at times as it weaves through a dry creek line and forest. Bu heaps of fun, I was also really glad of the bark busters some of those trees were mighty close together, I would not have faired as well if I was trying to thread the GSA through those gaps.

Come on K&K where are the pictures?

Finished off with a coffee at the Dome in Mundaring around 1:30.

Sounds like the road riders had a good time, just as well they were on the bigger bikes as all those meal stops will mean they need some serious suspension

That would have been the gaggle of Suzukis lead by an F8 that I saw on GE Highway.
Obviously a BMW club run.
