Haven't you heard?
The Kart World event has been scheduled for Wednesday the 5th of Septembember 6:20pm
We will have an evening of Monaco Style organized racing with the proceeds to be donated to the RFDS New Aeroplane Fund
Anyone planning to attend the Kart world fundraiser next week, will need to get a move on, based on current numbers the event may have to be postponed or cancelled.
Numbers and payment were to be in by today.
The committee will make the final decision on Thursday evening.
Koos I have extended registration to the 31st of August. If the numbers are low we may be able to proceed with a slightly changed format ie fewer people on the track at any one time
If anyone is sitting on the fence now is the time to register as it will make the difference between proceeding or deferring/cancelling. In the vent of a cancellation all monies will be refunded.
Kart world fund raiser is definitely proceeding, if you would like to come along and have not registered - please contact myself or Jon O as a matter of urgency and we may be able to get your registration through in time.
Thank you to all who attended the Kart world event, to contribute to fund raising for the RFDS, a great time was had by all. An extra special thank you to Rick and his team for making the event possible
I concur with both Cookie and Lefty, The Kart night was very enjoyable with the proceeds going to a great organisation, The RFDS.
Well Done to the Organisers!!

Of rugged mountain ranges, of droughts and flooding rains.
I love her far horizons, I love her jeweled sea.
Her beauty and her terror, the wide brown land for me."

Dave there is a learn to ride you bike training course coming up. Might be of benefit to you if you aren't in hospital or recovering from crashing
your DR/ GS. Amazing what you can see if you stay upright, laying down gets boring if you do it all the time like you seem too.
Its hard to see the outback laying down.
