Swan View Show next Saturday 17 November

Post by Davey_sprockeT »

Hi all,
we are supporting the BMW Car Club WA at the show and so here are the details:
Gathering for breakfast 08:00 at:
Dôme Cafe,
Midland
Cale Street
Midland WA 6056
PH : (08) 9250 7860

then ride to the show as a group for 09:30 at Brown Park, Swan View.
"Enter off Brownfield Drive, near the tennis courts on the right"

The idea is that we show the bikes until around 3:00pm. Then we're off for a ride lead by Tom arriving at Toodyay for a pizza tea.
Several members have agreed to attend. All welcome. Let Tom know if you're interested. Bring a chair/table and brew kit. There will be a food and drink available from the vendor stalls.
See you there
Davey

"I love a sunburnt country, a land of sweeping plains.
Of rugged mountain ranges, of droughts and flooding rains.
I love her far horizons, I love her jeweled sea.
Her beauty and her terror, the wide brown land for me."

Just returned home, rather warm out in the sun, show was good - although not a lot of interest in the cars and bikes, 6 bikes on display was a good effort and all were different models.

Tom, DFS, Brian and Davey headed out to Toodyay for early dinner. Myself, Guy and Greta headed homeward.
