Noticed in today's paper BMW GS guru, Ewan McGregor is in town.
Do club members think that it may be a good idea to contact Ewan to invite him along to some form of club activities. I am sure someone can lend him a bike or we can put on a function or something.

Contact the producer? the name was in the paper, I just caght a glimpse in the coffee shop.
He's been here for 5 days. Shooting in Perth is scheduled for six weeks, followed by two weeks in the historic gold mining town of Kalgoorlie and finishing with a few days in Melbourne.

Yes contacted producer few weeks ago - as keen to meet Ewan for obvious reasons. Also working so
other contacts. Not too hopeful as unlike Charley he does not ride a bike everywhere he visits and producers probably have a contract clause that prevents him getting on a bike while filming.
