Salt Valley Rd bitumen? [West of Clackline/Hoddy's Well]

Does anyone know if Salt Valley Rd just west of Clackline / Hoddy's Well is bitumen?

I seem to remember that the last time I travelled that way that it was. A few yeasr back though.

So is the dirt on the south towards Clackline as on Google maps - about 3- 4 km's long?

I was wobbling around there last year, trying different routes to the usual places.
About 3-4 ks sounds right, and looks right on Google Earth
