Well to be "different" for a Perth based Xmas event why don't we arrange to meet at a beach BBQ area - BYO everything and have a Xmas BBQ and gathering - happy to coordinate if we can lock in a Dec date...? which I know will be difficult? as the month gets busy.

How about Sunday - the 15 th dec 3.30 pm onwards South Beach next door to the Pickled Fig Cafe.
