I’m currently Cycle Touring South Korea and decided to visit Jeju Island.

Seongsan Ilchulbong (Korean: 성산일출봉), also called Sunrise Peak, is a volcano on eastern Jeju Island, in Seongsan-ri, Seogwipo, Jeju Province, South Korea. It is 182 meters high and has a volcanic crater at the top.

Considered one of South Korea's most beautiful tourist sites, it is famed for being the easternmost mountain on Jeju, and thus the best spot on the island to see the first sunrise of the year.Seongsan Ilchulbong is a UNESCO Natural World Heritage Site, as part of the item Jeju Volcanic Island and Lava Tubes.

Hello Slackers.
Incheon (Korean: 인천; Korean pronunciation: [intɕʰʌ̹n]; or Inch'ŏn; literally "kind river"), formerly Jemulpo or Chemulp'o (Korean: 제물포) until the period after 1910, officially the Incheon Metropolitan City (인천광역시), is a city located in northwestern South Korea, bordering Seoul and Gyeonggi Province to the east. Inhabited since the Neolithic, Incheon was home to just 4,700 people when it became an international port in 1883. Today, about 3 million people live in the city, making it South Korea's third-most-populous city after Seoul and Busan.
It is also the start or finish point of the 635km long 4 Rivers Cycle Trail.

I’m inbound back to Oz and return on Thursday afternoon after cycling just over 1,000km thru out South Korea.

See you on the other side.

Hello Slackers,

Perth's northern suburbs are the place to be this summer with Yellagonga Regional Park now home to a new $4.57 million urban mountain bike trail network along the western banks of Lake Joondalup.
The seven-kilometre-long Yalbunullup trail network forms part of a newly developed, family-friendly area in the northern end of Yellagonga.
This area also features a pavilion, lakeside lookout, bike racks, water fountains, interpretive signage, pathways, landscaping, toilets, and a 100-vehicle carpark, making it more accessible for families seeking outdoor fun this summer.
Yalbunullup was chosen as the trail's name in consultation with Traditional Owners to reflect the traditional Noongar name for the area.

Grab ya gear; Lets go!

Hello Slackers,
Join ol' mate as he cycles from one end of South Korea to the other using the 4 Rivers Cycle Path. This cross country path is one of the most popular routes in Korea. At one end, is Ara Lock and at the other end Busan. The path is around 633 kilometers in length and takes you through many breathtaking landscapes.
