Ride To Conquer Cancer October 21-22 (sat/sun)

Hi all,
a close work collegue has recently beaten and survived cancer.

He is planning to "put something back", by riding in this years "Ride to Conquer Cancer" bycycle ride.
Personal sponsership aside, I went to their website for more information and see that Harley are a sponsor through HOG.
I cantacted them for further information, and explained about us, and if we were to offer our support as private, insured individuals, would that be of any help?
I'ts a two day bycycle ride by teams of sponsored individuals to raise funds for further cancer research.
As part of the "Motor Crew", they need riders to assist in traffic control, group rider escort, etc, etc. and so this is Sineads reply:

The start location is in McCallum Park where the opening ceremony will be and it’s also the finish. The riders will be leaving at 7.00am after the opening ceremony, some of the motor crew will be on route before them, some will be after them. It’s just over 100k to Pinjarra where the campsite is; all the riders and crew will camp overnight there, we supply the tents, meals etc. for everyone.
On the Sunday, riders start departing from camp again back to Perth.
