Porongurups Thai Christmas

Post by Laws »

Jane & I would like to extend an invitation for those wanting to camp at this years Xmas dinner.
We have a property located on the south side of the Porongurup National Park and can provide bush camping spots. There is a shed on the block with power, kitchen, toilet and shower. The property is about 8km from Maleeya's Cafe.
BYO everything.
I will put the address on the club’s private forum.
Just give us a call if you want more details.

Thanks Steve for your generous offer. At this stage we have about 11 paid up registrations and another 4 or 5 indicating they will be going without registering on the members site on the club forum.
We decided at committee level that we need at the minimum 20 registrations to make this function a Xmas party. If it falls short it will revert to a club ride . If it remains the club Xmas party the committee are to decide if we will hire a small bus to ferry people back and forth to the venue from their various locations so they can feel free to indulge in more than the legal limit and return home to their digs.
We have to let the restaurant know with the booking by today but I will give them a call to see if we can extend it to Mon. They have capacity for 35. So if others are wanting to attend please register so the club can make a decision

Hi Bill, where is everyone staying? Don't want to get on the bike after dinner if I can avoid it. Cheers, Ed
