Re: Baladjie Rock camping W/E
Hi BIll. There is about 6 or 7 k's of dirt track to get to the campsite. It is quite suitable for a road bike if you are careful. Mostly it is hard(solid) sand, a few small muddy bits, depending on the weather.
I have been over it several times on the fully loaded LT.
Geoff Edwards and partner, and myself, and several others have indicated that they are interested in going.
We will be leaving Farrell's at 8:3o am Saturday.
We will probably be in Southern Cross about 1:oopm to 2:oopm Sunday to meet anybody coming out on Sunday
There are no facilities at the Rock, you will need to bring your own everything.
I hope to see you at Farrell's
Cheers
