Another fantastic roll up to breakfast in Victoria Park with an upbeat Steve Nurzo having difficulty talking with one arm in a sling.
Ten riders experienced the taste of spring with Western Australia clothed in pinks, yellows and greens. Ted, David, Nannup Nick, Sophie, Adrian, Stoy, Peter Bee, Shark Bait Eddie, Swampy and Bozo Araluened their way to Canning Dam through the vivid pink blossom in the Bickley Valley. A quick run down Albany Highway to North Bannister before heading to Wandering and Crossman and on to Quindanning. The Canola was stunning against the dark green of other crops with splashes of colour from wattles, leschenaultia and coral creeper.
A spot in the sun and a happy group made for a relaxing lunch break before tackling the Lower Hotham Road with the only traffic being oncoming motorcycles. A run to Dwellingup with a brief irritation from a short phase red light and then a simple run home.
A very pleasant day with a visual feast around every corner. Thanks to Swampy and his hybrid BMW for running as tail end Charlie for most of the trip with Nannup Nick guiding the stragglers home on the last leg.

Bozo thanks for a great ride selection today, apart from being a bit chilly it was a great day. I wonder calling Elsie a hybrid might raise some hackles? Thanks Swampy for TEC duties. Great to see all the other riders enjoying the Ol Quindanning Inn beer garden in sweet sunshine.
