Even the Kangaroos slept in

Post by Bozo »

A small turn out today with the forecast for wintry weather. Great to see Jamie put in an appearance. It was Beemer Dave’s last ride on the RnineT and just to rub it in Drew turned up on his new RnineT/5.

Attila was showing off his 1250RT and explaining all the technology packed into this new model.

Three riders braved the conditions for a run to Bindoon. Attila, DFS and Bozo headed out through the Bickley Valley and past Mundaring Weir. The kangaroos must have slept in as we saw over 30 of them including a bemused group at Mundaring that just lifted their heads from feeding on the edge of the road and a large mob at Brigadoon. The roads were largely dry as we ran through the Chittering Valley. Bindoon was busy and the stop was cut short to get back before the heavy rain. A few light showers before getting heavier after Bullsbrook.

Good to get another ride in before it gets colder and wetter. Thanks to DFS for running as Tail End Charlie
