One of our group made the very sensible suggestion that we move our weekly ride this week to Friday 22nd October.
The weather will be better so be at Mojo's from 0800 hrs. on for a coffee and a ride!!

Weekly Ride Update!!
"I love a sunburnt country, a land of sweeping plains.
Of rugged mountain ranges, of droughts and flooding rains.
I love her far horizons, I love her jeweled sea.
Her beauty and her terror, the wide brown land for me."

Re: Weekly Ride Update!!
Took my maiden flight on my new little "Bavarian Black Beauty" today and I have to say it handles brilliantly
Four of us rode out in lovely weather from Mojo's, Peter, Nick, David Sarolea and me took the usual meandering trail through the hills and onto Inkpen road to head for West Talbot for a rather sedate and pleasant ride through countryside that is rapidly browning off.
Emus were spotted but were on the other side of a fence and remained there which was very nice of them!
Spent a pleasant hour or so in Beverly before heading back home via York.
I did an "Isuzu" from York to return home via Roe and Tonkin Highways which was a bad move on my part with extremely heavy traffic spoiling my journey!!
I must thank Scruff for selling me his Bavarian Masterpiece of Engineering Excellence! This is my dream bike and the one I never thought I would ever own!!
The downside to Scruffs generous gesture is that he is now "Bikeless" and won't be able to take delivery of his new Triple Black R1250RT until around March 2022!!
Also an issue as he has booked into Nannup next weekend on our Annual Nannup Pilgrimage ride and it looks like he may be driving down there in a Ford tin top!!
Meanwhile thanks to the small group for the excellent company today on the BBB's Maiden Voyage with me in the saddle and unlike the Titanic it never let me sink and swim!!

Re: Weekly Ride Update!!
Swampy so glad the BBB lived up to expectations. Thanks for memorable TEC duties and thanks to Nick and Dave for joining us on a very pleasant almost Thursday ride. Cannot forget thanks to B5 for another new way to get from Gloria Jeans Ascot to Mojos Mundaring, very enjoyable.
