The WA government [DPI - Department of Transport] has issued a discussion paper for rider training and are seeking submissions and comments.
Are any formal comments being collated by the club?
I think that it is great that there are some initiatives happening with the increase in motorcycles and in particular new riders / young riders who think it is fine to jump on a scooter and head off. Those 50 cc scooters with two school kids on with motocross helmets in morning traffic!!
