An enjoyable run up the scarp led by Peter Bee for 50% of the Quaddy Quest (Navigator Nick and David P) to assemble at Mojo’s prior to their South Australian epic ride. It was not long before an early sign of the adrenaline expected on the trip as one participant ended up on Tinder. Chairman Peter Bee was quick to pick up the pieces.
What was to become the TI ride (Thursday Irish ride) departed to places either green or grassy.

The destination from Mojo’s was to be green as in hills but with the lack of rain more like dry grass.
At least the BM bikes were not out numbers by the others. Nick was fly his wings before coming down to earth with the GS for his planned trip, we won’t mention the HD even though it was rarity being a quiet one.
The route out was across to Reserve Rd before the usual run along Salt Valley & Katrine. Along Southern Brook before heading south through Meckering and down to the Greenhills Hotel. Timing was ideal arriving just as they were opening for lunch. After lunch I left the group to find their own way home.
Ideal weather and an enjoyable hassle-free ride.
Thanks all & Peter Bee for TEC
B/5

Thanks B/5 for leading us on an interesting route and with perfect timing for the midday Inn opening. There was only one way for the remainder of the team to go home - to York and the enjoyable Talbots. 30 degrees, all bikes humming along, blue sky, little wind, no hassles. Not a bad way to finish off a great Thursday ride.
