Ahab, You have too much spare time mate!
Don't forget to re-connect the rear brake rod and lose the pillion pegs.

Time for a test ride. Where could I go that was terrible in sand and caused me grief to get my bike out of. Let me think.
Oh, I remember.

Now back to the trip.

This spot is the same spot that I had the GSA stuck in

The bike is standing on its own in the sand
Rear traction was very good. Front did wash out a bit, but to be expected with the tyre that was on the bike
Thanks to Brian for his words of wisdom to keep me on the right side of the law. Mods have been installed
Fuel usage: 3.6l/100km

Hell, I'd like to have one of these... I was scoping out the dash the other day, it's got a frikkin compass!

That's got 'awesome' written all over it.
I can see you'd have a blast on it, at low speed. Mind you the fact you took it back to the location where you axled a GSA, well.... I'd not have been happy on the sand in thongs, let alone a bike!
Lookin' good.

Hello Mike
What's the plan? tow it behind the 800 till the going gets tough, then go forward on the Happy

Bike? looking like a great sand dune machine - don't know how far I would ride it on the bitumen.

Hmm...
a) he left his login codes on remember and someone accessed?
b) he wants people to know he's a lucky man?
c) He's letting his wife ride the bike! TRUST!
d) It is actually his wife....
