Could be a bit damp but the show must go on. Leaving Ascot Gloria Jeans at 7:30am to possibly swim up to Mojos for a 9:00 am ish departure to a mystery destination with a possibly a different ride leader.

Apologies, I'm unable to lead tomorrows ride as promised last week. The 100/7 is unwell.

The forecast of rain possibly was the reason only four riders turning up for the ride up to Mojo’s. Despite the weather radar showing rain, we had dry run up the hill via Helena Valley. It was only PeterBee and B5 that elected to carry on with a ride out from Mojos, destination chosen was Goomalling. The route out was via Beechina, Linley Valley, and then GEHwy through Bakers Hill, Clackline and Eadine. Down Trimmers to Burges before heading up to Grass Valley. A loop through the town before heading up to Southern Brook. As usual the lunch and service at the lot 39 Store & Café was excellent. Very enjoyable sitting out in the sunshine eating out lunch.

The riding through the fresh air and country side after rain showers was magnificent. On the outward leg we left our wet weather gear on just in case but it was not needed. Only on occasion was there light spray from the wet roads. The homeward leg was dry, going home through Irish Town, Katrine and Salt Valley.

No problems with TEC or corner marking.
Thank PeterB, for a great day out.

Thanks B/5 for leading and the prompt ride report. Yes the weather was so much better than expected with sunshine for most of the way as we glided through the greening wheat and canola belt. Very relaxing day.
