PeterBee lead the Gloria Jeans group up to Mojo’s via the his standard Helena Valley route. After the morning coffees seven riders decided to let B/5 take the riders up to Yerecoin. The selected route was across to O’Brien, the Woops, to descend scarp along Weir Rd. Through Upper Swan to take Railway Parade, Stock Rd back to GNHwy. Due to roadworks we were escorted up Yarrimbah Dr. A brief stop at Burley Park before continuing to Bindoon along Chittering Valley, Chittering and GNHwy. A refuelling stop before continuing through Mogumber, Yarawindah, Glentromie and finally Yerecoin.

As usual after the good food and friendly service, we headed home. A pause alongside Duidgee Park where several rides departed from the group. Then down to West Toodyay, River Rd, Saltplain, Salt Valley and Chitty Road. The short dirt section has now been sealed. A stop in Bakers Hill to bid our farewells. Along the rat run through Wooroloo, Stoneville, Hovea to join the GEHwy from Park Rd. Up until point we have had almost no traffic. Several riders returned to Atlas Ascot to refuel.

Although the forecast was for 18 deg it was down to 13 deg on the return trip through the hills.
A great free flowing ride with fine but cool weather.

Thanks All and PeterBee for his TEC duties.

Thanks B/5 for putting together another great ride and write up, with the Winter weather cool but dry. Interesting to see the yellow flowers of the canola coming out in some paddocks closer to Yerecoin. Of course thanks to all for safe, sensible riding looking after each other and making the TEC job too easy.
