Four of us ,Robbo,Chris R, Shane W and myself took off for a 3 day ride around the goldfields and back .
After a meeting at cats ,a quick coffee we were off doing back tracks to York ,just enough rain had fallen to compact the tracks and keep the dust down ,a great start to the weekend ,from York we black topped it to Tammin and Merredin where we picked up dirt roads to our first night digs at Baladjie rock ,a old haunt of the club just outside Bullfinch
The second day saw us hitting the dirt on the Bullfinch Evanstan road to Menzies then down to Ora Banda for a quick beer before setting up camp a farther 10 km,s down the track after a great moonless star filled and cold night we headed to Coolgardie ,Kellerberrin, quairading, York and home
All in all a great weekend , as been said before great club great members

Yep... twas a great ride! The jab in the knee I got from the doctor did the trick - for the duration of the ride at least.

Some pics.

Swings and round-a-bouts isn't it...

Some of us were lucky enough to blast around our beautiful country under clear, star-lit skies

Others enjoyed a clear, starry night on the 15metre high verandah with BBQ at Mike's bonfire night, camping inside the house on the floor with the reverse cycle heating cranked up

Really love the variety of activities our club enables.
