Was correct call to cancel the 6th due to bad weather....Two proposed dates, 20th 27th July, non members MOST WELCOME, so spread the word. Leave Catalano's after a Sunday morning cuppa, York, Northam, & a beer at Toodyay.
Get your preferred date in early, so we can promote that date.

G'day Guy, not sure wether this ride has happened yet, if it hasn't and gets stretched to early August and Vince has finished work on my 69S which he assures me he will, I will be a starter.
Lots of "ifs" I know.

Weatherzone is reporting a high chance of rain on Sunday 27th.

You do not want a risk of the airheads being water cooled.

I take it that means a high chance that the run will be shifted to the next clear week end date after the border run.....Saturday August 9 looks like it will be fine.

Thanks for that cheery information Bozo, though if it is going to be pissing down on the 27th, Sunday 10th Aug would be the go.
Bowe, if your 69s isn't ready, there's no rush, be lotsa rides down the track.

Now that I note Bowe will be joining the ride can someone please clarify - does the title of the ride refer to the mechanics of this model or the mental capacity of the typical rider?

I will be at Catalano's tomorrow, if the weather is really bad, have a group decision on whether to go or not. If not, 10th Aug would be the go.

Thank you for a great ride today, we had a good run and rain was not too bad, looking forward to the next airhead ride - my newly acquired R65, should be back on the road soon.

Guy

Sorry I could only do part of the ride to York.

Good to see the old slappers get a run in an impressive group of 10 club members that ranged from K bikes to oil heads.

Thanks for organising the ride and for motivating members to get out and about.

Good ride, weather not too cold or wet. I snuck in on my K series, but I had my visor open. Was that airhead enough?
