Finding fuel stations off the beaten track can often be a bit of a hit and miss affair.

So, here is a start...

Fuel Map Australia

For fuel stop planning, I found the travel app, 'Fuel Map Australia', to be GOLD: https://fuelmap.com.au/

Fuel Map Australia draws its information from Australian State Government Fuel Watch-type websites plus User reported pricing.

The Logbook feature is magic.

The map shows all the fuel outlets and currently available pricing, including the distance from you (for more accurate planning).

Clicking on an outlet, will show the Logbook feature, and auto-enter the details while you add the litres and odometer reading.
'Discount' and 'Tank Filled?' work as you would expect.

Trip statistics like total cost, total fuel used, total trip distance, highest/lowest stats, are all automatically generated.

It would have been fantastic last year 2023 on the 'Not the HD Tour, the Half Lap Around'.

It was hard work trying to find where to get fuel, especially north of Port Augusta. And avoided the paper calculations...
