A magnificent Autumn day is forecast to kick off May. Leaving Ascot Gloria Jeans at 7:30am to cruise to Mojos Mundaring for probably a Wheatbelt ride but DDD with all suggestions considered please. Departing Mojos at 9:15am ish.

Good weather results in lots of riders. Great. Nine or so riders followed me on our standard back road route to Mojos. Noticed a mob of kangaroos near the creek in Boya so close to suburbia, and a single one later in Boya so the fine weather also suited them.
With some additions at Mojos thirteen riders lined up for an Astro ( Rob) led ride with the lunch stop proposed at Bindoon Bakehaus. Down the GEH to divert into Parkerville and then Gidgegannup to cruise onto our favourite O’Brien Rd and swoop along Lancewood to arrive in Brigadoon and down the scarp to GNH and a diversion into Upper Swan and past the Ellenbrook Speedway.
North along the GNH to Chittering Rd in Pearce and a diversion into Astro’s signature South Chittering loop. Back onto Chittering then Jenkins to head North onto Muchea Rd and rejoin Chittering for the run onto the GNH and to Bindoon. But we bypassed the Bakehaus and headed upto the Moora/Mooliabeenee/Crest Hill Rds loop back to the Bakehaus. Sweet riding.
Another relaxing entertaining delicious lunch at the Bakehaus with numerous subjects discussed.
The group split for the run home with some taking the GNH straight back and others including myself enjoying the sweeping curves of the Chittering Valley.
Thanks to Astro and Ralph for leading us and thanks to all for a very satisfying Autumn Thursday ride.

Sorry I missed the Astro ride. Always fun. Great day as well. Did some socialising at Pickering Brook. Must have been 200 people there and some great bikes. Must have been fun coming home from Bindoon straight down the hwy. Why
