Just looked at a 2000 R1150gs. Silver ,61K, engine bars, panniers, FSY 2 owners, ABS. and rides well.Looks tidy Good Tourance tyres. As I am new to this model,anything in particular to check before making the big decision?

In addition to any responses you may get here, maybe a visit to Farrells on Sunday morning (from 7:30am) will get you some useful info.
There is a club ride to Dumbleyung this weekend but some of the usual suspects should be at Farrells - particularly with fine weather forecast.

Thanks for the prompt reply Shane. Sadly we have visitors from Vic. this weekend, or I would be there. Also, where is Farrells, I have seen it mentioned in a few posts.
