Yep it will happen eventually and probably quicker than we want -so yes go ride it ( after the grader its quicker !)

it may take longer than you think as the only part of the road that is dedicated is the first 60kms and then the 1km or so around Tjukayirla, the rest is subject to proclamation under the AAPA. Which is why you need a permit in those areas.
