Who am I
Some people have commented that they don't know who is who on the forum, as most people tend to use "nicknames".
I'm Peter Booth, Forum Administrator, Webmaster and GS rider.
If you feel like introducing yourself, here's the place to do it.

Re: Who am I
Bill Emery, AKA airhead, my forum name on many BMW, as well as other, forums. Ironically, I've just realised it refers to the bikes I love and ride and not just my persona!! Talk about lucky coincidence!!

Re: Who am I
Hi I am Kev - Kevin Walsh and I ride a K100RT with only 27,000km on it but I'm trying to fix that. K for Kev!

John C
Re: Who am I
With a forum name like John C there's no prizes for guessing that I'm John. The C is goes with the surname, but I think we can dispense with formalities.
Bike wise, I've just collected an R65 that I'm planning to resurrect for use as a bike that I can do some exploring on. It's not going to win any shows, but hopefully it should be more than capable of showing me around WA and covering a good few kilometers.
In addition to the R65 I also own an 1150 GS and an 80 GS, but they are currently parked up in New Zealand.
See you guys for coffee some time soon I hope

I've certainly never got confused between you and a voluptuous empty headed blonde person.

Re: Who am I
Hi Guys, for those who don't already know, I got the name 'Lefty' way back in High School.
Surname 'Wright', I was 'Wrighty' at one school, next school someone asked what I used to be called.
I told him, and someone else said We'll call you "Lefty"
The name stuck.
