Son of Digger, do your worst...
Bozo says: "What the front tyre looked like on a good stretch of road."

Bozo explains: "This is how I get over 35,000 kms out of a Heidenau front tyre."

Digger should be impressed at how the tyre camouflages itself to the road conditions.
No wonder the emus could not work out what was coming.....a hovercraft.

"Road vibrates and washes clay from tyres."
"Stopping to pick up Go Pro that has vibrated off. Note right mirror about to go next."

Thanks for posting the photos.
You will be happy to know the tyre pressure monitors you helped hand shake to the bike worked flawlessly.
At the time you also did a check on all of the other GSA functions and informed me that I had no left hand heated grip operation. It was not important until all three sets of gloves I carry were saturated and my left hand started to do a Captain Hook impersonation.

Don't worry Boz, fathers can be like that with their sons.

Next leg of the trip underway.
Just did the excellent Cann River to Bombala climb into the Snowy region.
It got down to 2.0 degrees and is only 7.0 degrees now despite being after 10 and full sun.

Re: Bozo Across Australia
Had a brilliant day in riding from Lakes Entrance to Bateman's Bay.
Bombala to Pambula was excellent lots of twisting roads through mountain forests.
Ran into lots of motorbikes taking advantage of the fine weather to ride the iconic Tathra to Narooma coastal road.
My first destination tomorrow has a forecast minimum of -1. I suppose that is the price you pay for fine weather.

Re: Bozo Across Australia
Suggestion...head to Nowra, [pass] Moss Vale rd to Kangaroo valley, Barrengarry [pass], Moss Vale, Illawarra highway [Macquarie pass] to Wollongong then along the coast through Royal National Park. Have a look at Wattamolla beach, maybe jump off the cliff into the lagoon.
Great trip.
Great trip.

Re: Bozo Across Australia
Amazing series of rides covering 600 kms yesterday.
Took Koos advice and did Kangaroo Valley with its unique climb and fall into a crater of a valley. Felt like my handlebars were skimming the Armco railing for kilometres. Spotted my second Lyre Bird.
The day started with a cool climb up the race track climbing a mountain from Batemans Bay to Braidwood. At the top the paddocks were white with frost and the temperature dropped to 2 degrees. A quick stop at the Braidwood bakery before heading to the loaded dog hotel at Tarago and then a dive down the mountain to Nowra. Kangaroo Valley then followed by back roads to Goulburn.
Another motorcycle road through magnificent scenery to Oberon and then through the Blue Mountains. Then on to Lithgow and down the Bells Line Road.
Great day through mist, fog, frost and sunshine.
Putty Road today.
