For those club members who have signed up for the BMW GS or TS Safari commencing on the 8th of October and would like to join up with their fellow club members during the event read on.
The Safari organisers have asked those participants who would like to be grouped together for accommodation purposes to provide them with a list so that they can facilitate these arrangements where possible.

Register on this list by Monday the 29th of September and your details will be consolidated onto a club list and provided to the Safari organisers. You will also be sent a list of members who will be attending and their mobile contact number.
Riding arrangements during the Safari are not formally arranged by the Safari operators so if you want to ride together then you can coordinate this between yourselves made easier of course by having your contact list.
Registration on this list is of course optional and if you prefer to go it alone that's ok.
