Reminder to members and families you must register on the members web site to take part. Come along and mingle with fellow club members, maybe book some accomodation, or arrange a lift there and home again,enjoy what will be a terrific night at this great venue organised by your club committee
Attendance will be capped within the vintage cellar function area, where the food and activities will occur, so if you wish to attend the main function sign up as places are being filled fast.
If we get more than the allowed number of members and partners wishing to attend the functionin we have a contingency plan. We may be able to move people in and out of the vintage cellar function area with members useing the other facilities at the venue and club organisers endeavouring to coordinate the required numbers to satisfy the licensing requirements required by the hotel so as to make sure everyone can take part in the club function and have a good time.

must have motivated a number of people. All the cellar function positions in the function room have now been taken today with a last minute rush. If you still wish to attend the Rose and Crown club Xmas party let Pres Jono know. We may be able to organise something that allows the stragglers a get together and be also part of the club function also. We may get the odd cancelation where stragglers can fill spots, so let us know if you are interested and depending on how many we have will depend on what gets organised.
