An interesting array of bikes at Catalano’s this morning with a very smart MV Augusta and Rob’s new acquisition, a 1995 K1100 LT.
A combination of sport and storm forecasts trimmed the ride group down to five. Ted, WaterMark, DFS, Wightman and Bozo took a run to Mandurah to try to reduce the risk of getting caught in heavy rain. The standard run to Lesmurdie and using Brockway and Holden to get to Soldiers Road. We took the Canns Road option and Bedfordale Hill to take an excursion to Eleventh Av and Rowley Road. A run along Anketell was the path to get to Wells Beach to hear the recent COCID 19 trials and tribulations of DFS. Through a packed Rockingham before taking the coastal option past Safety Bay. A simple run into Mandurah was followed by episode 2 of the DFS trip from snow to sunshine.
Only a small sprinkle of rain on the way home. Great run on mainly dry roads. Thanks to Wightman for running as tail end Charlie.
