Re: Thursday December 21 DOME BYFORD
B/5,Astro and Chris#2, joined me for the workers run down the Tonkin to Thomas St, onto the SWH and into Dome Byford where Bozo was contemplating the bottom of a coffee cup. David joined us but he and Bozo did not join us for the ride to Harvey.
Standard route down to Harvey. Along the railway to past Serpentine and then SWH through Pinjarra to Coolup, Fisherman’s, Mayfield, Gibbings, Dorset, Corination, Somers, Bristol, Johnston, Eckersley, Government, River and into the Harvey Christmas Rush. Took our usual seats at the Harper St Bakery and Cafe. Their tasty Continental Rolls were the selection for all as the meaningful discussions proceeded.
Back along the same route and we separated at Coolup for the grind up the centre onto the Tonkin and home.
The temperatures down south were 27 to 30 with it rising to 37 on the Perth end of the Tonkin.
Thanks guys for a great ride and company with B/5 completing another masterful TEC task.

Re: Thursday December 21 DOME BYFORD
Thanks, Peter, for a great choice of destination, allowing for a much cooler ride than predicated.
The wind kept it cooler until the last leg returning home. Now know that I have at least 50km on reserve.
Chris should be happy to get a few more kms out of his tyres due a consistent lean
so he was running on the areas with greater tread.
Thanks all for your enjoyable company.
Merry Christmas
B/5
