A nearly normal turnout despite Dome still being transitioned to Diverso and leaden skies. Goldie observed that it was the 50th anniversary of the first club gathering and would also be the 50th Anniversary ride.

Eleven riders and a pillion used the break between breakfast and the AGM for a run through the hills. Time dictated that the turning point would only be around an hour away so Gosnells was chosen. Stubby, Dinga, R90S Mark, Rhonda + Zlata, Brian/5, Goldie, Steve, MD Mike, Rob, Wightman and Bozo ascended the scarp at Welshpool Road before running doing all the Mills roads (Canning Mills Road, Mills Road East, Mills Road West). A brief stop at Ampol Gosnells before passing the fenced in kangaroos and heading up Chevin Road and Brockman Road. A loop through the Bickley Valley and we were headed back to the AGM at the Vic Park Hotel.
